Kaya Wanjoo (Hello and Welcome)

We would like to acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land on which we gather, the Noongar people, and pay our respects to their elders past, present, and emerging. We recognize their continuing connection to the land, waters, and community, and honor their deep knowledge and wisdom that has been passed down for generations.

Welcome to the Mandurah Woodturners website, where our passion for woodturning and community come together. We are a vibrant group of woodturners based in the beautiful coastal city of Mandurah, Western Australia. Our club is open to woodturners of all skill levels and we pride ourselves on fostering a welcoming and inclusive community. Whether you're an experienced woodturner or just starting out, we invite you to join us and unleash your creativity. Explore our website to learn more about our workshops, events, and membership options, and join us on this exciting woodturning journey.

Want to enhance your expertise and take your items to the next level?

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to add to your woodturned item beit a Bowl or a Platter a Vase or a Box. Embellishing your item can provide the “Wow” factor!

If you are interested in embellishment please see Tania Emmerson.

Alternately you can join the Embellishers Sub Group which convenes at the Wandi Community Hall every Thursday morning
